Zhuahi Gree Electric Enterprises Ltd., founded in 1986, is a modern sino-foreign joint venture that specializing in manufacturing and marketing enameled wire. Formerly it was subordinate to Zhuhai Gree Group, and now it is a subcompany of Gree Electric Appliance Inc. of Zhuhai. The complete set of production equipment and main test instrument are imported from abroad, representing the world advanced level. In May 2002, we established a new plant, Gree Electric Enterprises Ltd. of Maanshan in Maanshan, Anhui. The total production capacity of two plants will reach 15000 tons in 2005.
　　Our major products include: polyurethane enamelled wire series, polyesterimide enameled wire series & polyesterimide overcoated with polyamide-imide enameled wire series. Each series can be overcoated with a nylon/self-bonding layer and the final product will be nylon wire with good lubrication, or self-bonding wire for special purpose, or litz wire. We have more than twenty types of product that are widely used in the manufacture of DY coil for TV and monitor, compressor for air conditioner and refrigerator, motors, transformers and automobile appliance etc. At present, 14 kinds of our product have been recognized by UL.
　　We achieved ISO9001(2000) Quality System Certification (issued by DNV) in May 1996. In June 2002, we received ISO9001 （ 2000 ） certification. Maanshan Co. was ISO9001(2000) certified in May 2004. We pay great attention to environment protection and control the environmental factor. In April 2004, Sony Corporation issued the Certificate of Green Partner to us. We also focus on science and technology innovation. In May 2004, we were approved High-tech Enterprise by the Science & Technology Ministry of Guangdong Province.
